Are there any additional costs

Your monthly subscription gives you full access to the platform with unlimited users included — no extra cost per staff member. The only additional charges apply if you choose to use SMS or email messaging. These costs are very minimal: for example, just $10 covers around 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. For most small businesses, that’s more than enough unless you’re running very large marketing campaigns. To make it even easier, we also provide complimentary credits to help you get started.

How long does setup and onboarding take?

Typical onboarding takes 4–8 weeks, depending on company size and complexity. This includes data migration, staff training, and full system setup.

What kind of support and training is included?

You’ll get access to a support team experienced in the marketing and trades industry. Tutorials, onboarding training videos, and interactive How-To lessons and courses are also included to help new users learn as they go.

Can I upgrade or change plans later?

Of course. You can start on the plan that fits your business today and upgrade to the Pro plan later if you need advanced features such as integrating your Job Management Software with your Service Core.

Is training included in the subscription?

Yes. We provide onboarding sessions, video lessons, and how-to guides so you and your team can learn the system quickly. Ongoing support and resources are also included in your subscription.

Do I need to install any software?

No installation is required. ServiceCore is cloud-based, so you can access it anywhere from a computer, tablet, or mobile app.
